As we kick off the new year, we are excited by the growth and changes happening at Pacifica Senior Living. As a company we are continuing to take on new properties and expand our reach, offering compassionate care and inviting homes to more and more senior residents.
Pacifica Senior Living acquired four new properties at the beginning of 2023. We are excited to be welcoming new communities across California in the neighborhoods of Pacific Grove, Sun City, Poway and Oakland. Our teams are working to create the highest standard of care within these new spaces as well as ensure that each reflects and lives up to the Pacifica values.
Lake Park Senior Living
The community of Lake Park Senior Living is one of our newest additions, located near Oakland's Lake Merritt. This community offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing options. It is a perfect choice for those seeking the vibrant lifestyle of Oakland, while experiencing exceptional senior care. At Lake Park, residents can get the most out of everything the Bay Area has to offer. The dynamic lifestyle and attractions of the city are just around the corner, while Lake Park itself has a wide range of programs, services and amenities to enjoy on-site.
Whether you are looking for active 55+ Senior accommodations, HeartlandTM Assisted Living, or a short term Respite Care stay, Lake Park is an excellent option. Sun City Gardens
Sun City Gardens is a charming and peaceful community in a beautiful neighborhood of Menifee, California. Offering Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care options, Sun City Gardens’ manicured grounds, sunny atmosphere and inviting community create the perfect place to call home. The neighborhood of Sun City was also created as specifically as a 55+ community. The amenities, homes, senior communities and shops in the area all cater to this older adult demographic, making it an ideal place for seniors. Our community of Sun City Gardens is nestled into this lovely neighborhood, amidst sprawling gardens and a relaxing outdoor pool. Sun CIty is the perfect quiet escape for those looking to slow down and enjoy their golden years under the sun.
Pacific Grove Senior Living
We also welcomed a new community called Pacific Grove Senior Living to our family. Pacific Grove is a beautiful full-service senior living community in the Monterey, California area that offers a variety of options, amenities and services needed to live a full and enriching lifestyle. Residents can stay active and healthy at our on-site fitness center, enjoy impeccable chef prepared meals in our dining room, stroll the community gardens and pathways through the gorgeous courtyard, or get pampered at the in-house salon. Pacific Grove has everything residents need to take the hassle and worry out of living in the gorgeous Monterey area.
Pacifica Senior Living Poway
We have also welcomed a new community in Poway to our portfolio. Pacific Senior Living Poway is located in the scenic town of Poway in Southern California. This friendly and inviting community offers Independent and Assisted Living options amidst beautiful gardens and scenic views. Poway’s city motto is the 'city in the country' and this community offers the perfect balance of scenic twin peak views, and city amenities. Situated just outside of San Diego, this is an ideal community for those who love the southern California lifestyle, but prefer to be away from the bigger cities.
Pacifica Senior Living Santa Rosa
We are also excited about our upcoming new-build, Pacifica Senior Living Santa Rosa. This community will be a full-service retirement community located in the heart of wine country in Sonoma County. Santa Rosa will offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care with spacious pet-friendly apartments. This resort-inspired community will also have five-star amenities like gourmet restaurant-style dining, an onsite theater, and salon services. The location is also close to top-notch shopping and dining, as well as first-rate health care options. Progress is well underway on this exciting project. We currently have nearly 100 communities in 13 different states nationwide, and are the 13th largest provider of Senior Living in the United States. We also hit a few other milestones this past year, including being the 5th largest Memory Care provider, 10th largest Assisted Living provider, and the 21st largest Independent Living provider, nationwide.
As we continue to grow, we are constantly striving to maintain our excellent levels of care, and focus on the values on which our family-run business was founded. Compassion, understanding, personalized care and maintenance free living are pillars of our communities. We are honored and proud of the achievements we hit in 2022, and excited about the growth and expansion already started in 2023.
