As we come to the close of another year, it seems fitting to reflect upon progress made, milestones reached, and lives impacted. As we do so, it is impossible to survey our last several months without being filled with thankfulness and gratitude.
Thankfulness and gratitude are often interchangeable; both indicate a deep appreciation for circumstances, events, and people as we move through everyday life.
With that in mind, I’d like to share some of things we as a company are grateful and thankful for over the course of this past year.
For all the health care professionals who have helped curb the spread of the Covid-19 virus and enabled our company, our senior living campuses, our families, and our friends to remain healthy and safe.
For all of our team members at each community across the company. Their dedication to our residents truly exemplifies our mission to provide compassionate, personalized care services with dignity and respect. Even in the midst of a pandemic, their commitment has been unwavering.
For all of our company staff, who ensure the consistency of day-to-day operations of Pacifica Senior Living, despite the past year’s trying circumstances. We hold a profound appreciation for the life-changing work that occurs every day at our headquarters and in the field with our regional, national and international partners.
For a year of incredible growth. Adding new communities to our Pacifica Senior Living family brings with it new challenges and more opportunities to create the lifestyle of independence for new residents we will serve. We are delighted to make these new connections with residents and associates and welcome them into our family.
Finally, I save my biggest ‘Thank You’ for our remarkable residents and their families, who are the primary reason why our organization exists. Their experience, curiosity, and capacity to be agents of change for this company is humbling. It compels us to always seek to do better.
