NEW YEAR. NEW EXPECTATIONS.
The New Year always brings with it many resolutions.
And, resolutions mean decisions. Resolutions mean action.
In the past, success has come frequently to Pacifica – with tactful resolutions, then decisions and action. But, we all know that this success does not come easily. It comes because of hard work and thoughtful endeavors.
Yes, we are confident the New Year will bring us opportunities for continued success – with prudent resolutions.
And so, with that in mind, I want to share some of my resolutions for the continued progress and good work at Pacifica Senior Living – in the New Year.
One important resolution continues to be our mission to be a company of conviction and integrity – in order to serve our senior society. Our remarkable community residents and their families are the principal reason why we are here. Their drive, curiosity and capacity to be positive powers of change for this organization compels us all – to do more.
Also, let us resolve, that our community team members and our company staff may continue to ensure the smooth daily operations of Pacifica Senior Living. That they may carry on our progressive Covid-19 Protocol – to help curb the spread of the Covid-19 virus – in the field and at our corporate headquarters. Let the work that they do continue to improve lives.
Finally, the resolution to be vigilant in a year of incredible growth. To be up to the challenges that new communities bring. The challenge of new residents. New jobs. New procedures.
We make these resolutions knowing Pacifica’s strength is our resilience and the deeply held passion for the work we do every day.
Expectations will come with these resolutions for the New Year – because they should.
That has always been the Pacifica way. And, it always will be.
